Moons on display at the 52nd Annual Easter Concours d’Elegance in Forest Park, St. Louis, Missouri

March 31, 2013 (Sunday) St. Louis, Missouri – The Horseless Carriage Club of Mo. held it’s 52nd annual Easter Concours d’Elegance in Forest Park and members of the Moon Car Club were on hand to exhibit their Moons. Wayne brought his 1924 Series U 6-40 Sedan and his 1928 6-72 Aerotype 4 Door Sedan running gear. Jeff also had his newly acquired 1924 Series A Moon Touring there.

A special treat was when Terry teamed up with Wayne to creat a special display for the 6-72 Aerotype Moon, creating posters and small signs about who the vendors were that provided parts for this car when it was built. This educational exhibit showed everyone what was “under the hood” of one of these Moons.

There were over 500 cars on display with more than 20,000 people attending this show and our display was a real crowd pleaser.
