1924 6-40 Series U Opera Coupe Moon – Eugene Boomer
This picture was taken in 1952 when his father owned it but Gene still has the car. He said the seating in this Coupe is really something to see. Can’t wait to get more pictures and I am sure it will be a future newsletter article. Well, we got more pictures and now we know that this car is a 1924 6-40 with a 7U engine in it with all the matching numbers. Gene thought it was a 1923 6-40 but now we both agree that its a 1924 based on the new pictures and the data plate information.
